Torchlight Is Pretty Bawss

Torchlight. Anyone played Torchlight. Its a great game that came out for download on October 27, 2009. Its from Runic Games and it became a pretty popular game. With three types of people you can be, an Alchemist, Melee, or Range. Its a really good game, from what I've played the plot is that your in a city called Torchlight. The mines are filled with a item called Ember. Which seems to be slightly good. But as you go farther you notice that other civilizations have been there before. The miners and you also are opening a realm into the darkest places, where you encounter monsters and other foes. You level up like other RPG's and you can put it into abilities to help your player. You get be points to put it towards making your character stronger.

The best part of this game is that it requires very low specs. You can have a fairly old computer and still play this game fairly well with no lag. That is one of the main reasons I bought this game because its low specs. Plus the great reviews. 

You also get a pet. Either a dog or a Cat. You can give him/her items and if fills up you can get him/her to go sell it. Thats amazing. No more running back and forth, although there are Town Portal Scrolls to just teleport back and forth but thats no fun. I will probably beat the game soon, and if theres anything else to say, well IT WILL BE SAID!

Right now Runic Games is working on making Torchlight II which I have already pre ordered on steam. I recommend pre ordering it because when you do that on Steam you get Torchlight I as well. For only 20 dollars, where as if you bought both it will cost 35 dollars. Thats one of the things I love about Steam, but I can blog about that some other day. 

My final thought about this game is that all you old gamers, who haven't bought a new computer yet, GET THIS GAME. Its a great game. Especially with the great deal going on Steam.
